The age regression in the game is something that is mentioned by the characters within the game but happens before the game begins. At present, it includes a single M2F scene, a F2M Furry scene, there is a single furry themed scene, some Futa themed content, and as of A41 the laboratory is functional for many of the items that can change the characters you own.
